Listing data: Property addresses, descriptions, prices, photos, and contact preferences you submit when posting a listing.

Usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, referring URLs, search queries, and listing views. Collected automatically via server logs and first-party analytics.

Communications: Emails or messages you send us, inquiry forms submitted through listing pages, and saved-search alert preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Operate and maintain the platform, including publishing your listings
• Send saved-search email alerts you have requested
• Respond to inquiries and provide support
• Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and policy violations
• Improve site performance, search relevance, and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers for targeting purposes.

• Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, data may transfer to the new operator under equivalent protections.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Listings are retained for 3 years after expiration for fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Server logs are purged after 90 days. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

6. Your Rights (All Users)

• Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Opt-out of email: Unsubscribe from saved-search alerts via the link in any email or in your account settings.

7. EU/EEA Residents — GDPR Rights

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU 2016/679):
